Refund from Paytm – Rs.5,799/- : Mr. Kishan Kalariya of Bangalore had ordered one Sketechers brand shoes worth of 5799 INR/- from Paytm website order no 2824303633 and when he opened the box there was no shoes. He immediately reported this to PayTM with photographs / proof. Though PayTM assured refund but the it was not forthcoming even after repeated reminders by the customer. Mr. Kalariya posted his complaint with ICF on 07-03-2017 and the matter was taken up with PayTM. After follow-ups by the Forum and the customer, Mr. Kalariya got refund by 20th May 2017.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
