The product they have sent to me was not in good condition, table’s leg was broken. I have complained again and now they are ready to pay the amount for the damage. I have to send a bill amount which is 200 rupees. But when I informed them about the complain on consumer forum they reacted very fast and called Gati to deliver the product.
I would like to sincerely thank consumer forum for this help. I would always be thankful to the forum.

Going forward my request to Videocon DTH is that please donot deduct such amount unwantedly…..Thanks to the consumer forum who took the effort and helped me in getting the refund of the wrongly deducted amount.

Thanks so much for looking into this matter after several attempts by registering complaints in various consumer forums, 99 labels has finally refunded the money in the form of credits for future purchase on their website though theirs is th only website that does this,i.e: refund mony in the form of credits and not the money , I am glad that your consumer forum was very effective and we could voice our grievances.
