I am filing this complaint against TripOdeal for their completely unprofessional and unethical behavior regarding my flight booking.
I booked a flight from Amritsar to Ahmedabad for 20th May 2025 via TripOdeal. The PNR is Z1YYSM, with three passengers:
Due to changes in travel plans, I requested to split the PNR and either reschedule or cancel the booking for a full refund. However, TripOdeal refused to provide the booking phone number and email address associated with the booking, making it impossible for the airline (IndiGo) to assist with the split or any modification.
Their customer support executive, Mr. Mxxxxd, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful during the conversation. Instead of helping me with a genuine request, he mocked my situation and accused me of booking “cheap” flights — which is completely unacceptable.
I have contacted IndiGo Airlines, and they are unable to proceed without the booking contact information — which TripOdeal is unjustly withholding.
This incident has caused me mental harassment, financial stress, and wasted time.
I demand:
Full refund for all three passengers
Immediate disclosure of the contact details used for booking
Public apology and action against the unprofessional behavior
Compensation for harassment and inconvenience caused
I have also raised complaints with DGCA and am planning legal action through the consumer court.
TripOdeal must be held accountable for such poor service and mistreatment of customers.
