I am a victim of fraudulent practices by MailTranscripts.com, which accepted payment for academic transcript services but failed to deliver them to WES Canada.

Key Points:

– Payment of 153.4 USD made on September 17, 2024.

– No response to repeated emails.

– WES Canada’s confirmation of non-receipt attached.

I seek a refund and legal action against the company under the Consumer Protection Act.
