I am a resident of Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh – 521 301. On 08-March-2020 I visited Big C Mobile Store in Gudivada to purchase a high end smart phone. There Samsung promoter, Mr. Vxxxxa Nxxxxxxa promoted his company brand phone GALAXY S20 8GB 128 was very high end and no complaints registered yet on this model as well as it is waterproof device compared to other brands & stated that any major problem it can be replaced with new device from company end. By believing his statements on the same day I purchased the device with the invoice amount of Rs. 66,999.00 .
On the same day, after few hours’ usage of the new device it started malfunctioning. In hurry I rushed to Big C Store again to sort out the problem. Mr. Vxxxxa Nxxxxxxa responded in negligence for rectification of problem and recommended me to visit Samsung care on my own at Vijayawada, A.P. I Visited Samsung care centre by the next day since it is far away from us. In the service centre they registered the complaint and sorted the problem & repaired it by the end of the day, stating that there is issue raised in internal phone chipsets and they have removed and reassembled total phone.
Again the malfunction of the phone occurred very next day of service by authorised service centre. So that I visited Big C Store for the replacement of the device as stated by Mr. Vxxxxa Nxxxxxxa since, Malfunction of the phone is repeating. There he responded very rude, that is he not responsible contact customer care or else file a complaint in consumer court. With great difficult I visited the Service centre again. In the end of the day service executive said it was a water damaged. I never used the device in full day since it is malfunctioning from the few hours’ usage, basically I made few calls and configured applications.
From there no one is responding to my complaint about the device as well as it was opened & reassembled multiple times by the service centre. They are not resolving my complaints at all, and behaving very rude by sale & service staff. After March 23rd they are escaping showing Covid-19 Lockdown as cause.
I kindly suggest to not to purchase any kind of Samsung products since, their aftersales service was real very worst and negligence response.
