I have applied for the Maternity Claim. They harassing me for many unnecessary document. And after submitting all document They deducted 6000(approx) and said pre/post this is not cover. and some medicine charges deduced as name of child product (But most medicine are for patient)
I have a recorded call about term and condition and now Bharti axa refusing to pay. I also contacted Grievance team many time but they never replying. I also warn I can go beyond this if you can’t resolve.
