Order not delivered, amount not refunded by Patanjaliayurved.net

I ordered online (680/-) at patanjaliayurved.net on April 26, 2017. Order has not yet been delivered. After tracking (DTDC COURIER Shipment Tracking id : 700006821524 http://www.dotzot.in ) it is found that it has been returned and it never even reached destination city.

When complained to- firstly, Patanjaliayurved.net do not pick up phone easily may be once in 50 times of calling ‘Patanjaliayurved.net’ say the order has not yet reached back to them and they will file a complaint with courier company and refund after getting back the courier.

Whereas after seperately calling DTDC they said they have not received any complaint and the consignment it is already returned. Now I want my money refunded ASAP.

    The complaint stands resolved as customer received refund.

    Thanks for all the support extended. Finally I got my money refunded.
