Complain about On-line Purchase – Value: 4000. I have booked a Saree from Banarasstyle website, they delivered a complete different product vs what was booked. I was not able to reach them with the phone numbers mentioned in their website, and didn’t receive any responses to my emails either… suspecting that this is a fraud company… please do take action inorder to avoid customers getting affected by them. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
