Payment made, product not delivered by Quikr seller

Bought diwan cot from quikr on 8th september.product was not delivered. after several calls to customer care they cancelled as seller was not responding.they said they have initiated refund on 13th September. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
