NOC from Bajaj Finserv : Mr. Diljit San, Kozhikode, Kerala 673008 had availed a loan facility from Bajaj Finserv in 2007. Despite clearing the full loan in 2008, Bajaj Finserv was still harassing the customer by sending legal notice and also engaging recovery agents with wrongful demand of non-existing outstanding emi. Customer had already taken this up with Bajaj Finserv but with no positive result. The customer also came to know that Bajaj Finserv had made wrong reporting to CIBIL which has affected his credit rating. Customer posted his complaint with ICF on 03-06-2018 and the matter was taken up with them. After follow-ups and clarifications, Bajaj Finserv issued their NOC by 10-06-2018.
