Faulty product sold by star and daisy. Value: 4000
I was sold a faulty and soilt prouduct under the name of refurbished product. I purchased a cradle from star and daisy company. The product seems to be used for a longer time than mentioned and looks second hand. When I had asked the customer care before purchase regarding same they had mentioned refurbished product are not second hand. The music function of the product does not work from day 1.
