I have bought dishtv set top box. My VC no 02511562380. Since last month but the main problem is 301 error every time comes, whenever there is little rain. At the same time my neighbours using another companies detil box like Tata Sky, Videocon etc they are working fine. But don’t know something wrong with dishtv. That’s why i am looking for return the set top box but they are not refunding the cash & also not solving the problem. Neither they refunding. If we didn’t recharge then also after 90 days they will take our set top box. Also not solving issue. If i want to return the box then also they will not refund any cash. This is like everything is customer fault who buys the dish tv connection.
