Article not delivered by Akash Ganga couriers

My Article was couriered from Bandra Mumbai on 22nd April thru Akash Gnaga Courier however even after 3 Days Tracking does not show it delievered except “in transit” Multiple call to Mumbai RO and Hyderebad office did not help and they cant confirm if this has been delievered or will by when it will be delievered . I will suffer loss for my claim money amount as this was medical reimbursement docs to be delievered to Reaince General Isurance in Hyderabad. This is worst Courier company I have ever known. and Worst Customer service.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
