Cancellation and refund from Tradus Rs.4,201/-: Akshay Bhat of Jharkhand (akshay[at]astra.xlri.ac.in) ordered one Casio Edifice watch from Tradus at a discounted price of Rs.4201/-. He was however not satisfied with the feedback on the product and wanted to cancel the product. He did not get any assistance from Tradus in cancelling the order and therefore he posted a complaint with ICF on 03-09-2013 and the matter was taken up with Tradus. Mr. Akshay Bhat got the issue resolved on or about 08-09-2013.

Refund from MakeMyTrip.com: Mr. Volodymyr, Ukraine, Kiev (Email: oliynikaa(at)voliacable.com) had unsuccessful air ticket booking transaction (FLTINT100095741816) with MakeMyTrip but his credit card was debited for the same. Mr. Volodymyr submitted his complaint with ICF on 20.05.2010. ICF took up the matter with MakeMyTrip and the Mr. Volodymyr got his refund credited to his account on 26-05-2010. Refund from Shopkaar.com – Rs.5,999/- : Gautam Kumar Prasad, Kathara, Bokaro 829116, Jharkhand ordered for a Redmi mobile worth Rs.5999/- on website shopkaar.com through online payment. After a week, this site had been closed and his order did not get delivered. He also did not get his refund. Mr. Prasad posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2018 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. After follow-ups, Mr. Prasad got refund on 13-01-2018.
