We had purchased home furnishings (2 products) from a vendor LondonHomes, from Sutraa Exhibition at Raipur on Aug 22 & 23rd 2026. During the purchase, vendor did not have the product (1) available with him in colour we wanted. But he promised to have it delivered within 10 days. As of today, 15th October, we have not received the product.
I have followed up with him multiple times over phone and through WhatsApp, but not getting proper and transparent answers from him. I have also reached out to Sutraa to intervene and help here, but they are also unable to do anything on this as they aren’t receiving the responses either.
We had made the full payment during the purchase. And now we are left with full amount paid, and product not delivered
