Refund from Fitness First – Rs.3,000 – Ms. Aspriha Bhaumik of Indiranagar, Bangalore 560008, Karnataka had paid advance to a fitness club called Fitness First. The Club was later closed down but Ms. Bhaumik did not receive refund of the advance amount. She posted her complaint at ICF on 16-07-2016 and the matter was taken up with the Club. Replacement of damaged Su-Kam battery: Madhusmita Sahoo of Satsingha, Baniapat, Keonjhar, Orissa (sudhansu_999[at]rediffmail.com) bought Su-Kam Inverter & Tubular Battery in Mar-2013. She faced problem with its power supply system and lodged a complaint with Su-Kam on dt.25.12.2013. Following this she got a new replacement battery but it was delivered in damaged condition. SB account debited twice for a single ATM withdrawal – complaint against SBI, Bhopal – Rs.600/-: On 8-7-09 Mr. Alam of Bhopal had drawn a sum of Rs.600 and Rs.100 from Koh-e-Fiza Bhopal SBI ATM. He complained that his account was debited twice for Rs.600/-. He had lodged a complaint with the bank accountant on 10-07-2009 but there was no response from the bank. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.

Refund from Jetairways – Rs.9,114/-: Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days. Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.1640/-: Ms. Myrah Pinto of Pune, Maharashtra had on 26-06-2019 cancelled two tickets booked on Makemytrip and was supposed to get refund of Rs.1640/-. Eventhough MMT provided refund remittance details the amount was not credited to her account due to technical issues.
