Refund from Shopclues.com – Rs.518/-: Ms. Taniya Roy of Durgapur, West Bengal (misstaniyaroy[@]gmail.com) had ordered for a men’s wool blazer (order no: 21943503) from Shopclues.com on 5-Oct-2014. The product which was delivered was a different one and she requested for return and refund. Though the request was approved Shopclues did not take any step to pick-up the product and refund the money. Ms. Roy posted her complaint with ICF on 29-10-2014 and the matter was taken up with the portal and finally Ms. Roy got refund.

Refund from Akbar Travels (Rs.4,880): Dr Lopamudra Moharana of Rue La De Lauristan, Pondicherry had posted her complaint on 03-12-2013 regarding non-receipt of refund for the flights cancelled by Air India without any information to the passenger.
