Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.1640/-: Ms. Myrah Pinto of Pune, Maharashtra had on 26-06-2019 cancelled two tickets booked on Makemytrip and was supposed to get refund of Rs.1640/-. Eventhough MMT provided refund remittance details the amount was not credited to her account due to technical issues. Ms. Pinto had posted her complaint with ICF on 23-11-2019 and the matter was taken up with MMT. ICF also guided Ms. Pinto in following up with the beneficairy bank and finally she got her refund on 12-02-2020.
