Replacement of Videocon fridge – Rs.30,000/-: Mr. Anwar Husain of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh purchased a Videocon refrigerator on dated 22.05.16. But the Refigrator was showing the Teprature error from its 1st running. Mr. Husain requested the company to replace the product however the repaired the product twice but refused to replace. Mr. Husain posted his complaint with ICF on 24-07-2016 and the matter was taken up with the company / dealer. Finally the company replaced the unit on 06-08-2016 and issue got resolved.
