I have been severely distressed by Airtel and facing discrimination as well. Please advise on next steps. Refund from GoIbibo – Rs.4756/- : Mr. Subhadip Ghosh of Kolkata had booked two flight tickets on 5th april 2020 for 18th april and 20th april. The journeys were from delhi to kolkata which was on 18th april,2020 and the journey from kolkata to delhi was on 20th april, 2020. The customer reported this to Homeshop18 and returned the product as per their instructions. He however did not get refund even after repeated contacts with HS18. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
