Complaint regarding Airtel Fiber connection service

I have been severely distressed by Airtel and facing discrimination as well.
Please advise on next steps.
Details of the case are as below:

1) Airtel fibre connection is down is November 13th 2020 for me.
2) I logged several complaints.
3) Issue not resolved till today ,December 18th and they are even refusing access to Nodal and even refusing refund.

My plan details:

Plan rental: Rs. 799 /month
ARP amount: Rs 2397
Duration : 3 months
Start date: 09-OCT-20
End Date: 08-JAN-21
Plan quota: unlimited GB
Plan speed: 100 Mbps
Unlimited local and STD calls
