Complaint regarding non-delivery of PAN Card by velex couriers

Have’t received my PAN CARD though the status says out of delivery on 27-May-2021. Velex delivery boy is not responding the call it is already 24days and in internet it is showing to be received in 732204 . It is a worst service. Misbehave and crude toning language .What the hell the velex couriers are …

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
