Have’t received my PAN CARD though the status says out of delivery on 27-May-2021. Velex delivery boy is not responding the call it is already 24days and in internet it is showing to be received in 732204 . It is a worst service. Misbehave and crude toning language .What the hell the velex couriers are doing. They have sent me a message that your pan card was delivered but i didvnot receive it . They are such a non sense company. Why the department is giving the valuable important document in these type of courier rather than the india post. Your PAN card has been dispatched on 23-Jun-2021 by VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD courier vide airway bill no. 23315204933, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card will be delivered in due time. But not recieved my pan card.please send my pan card
