Refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.10,000/-: Mr. Sesha Sai Kuchibhotla, Hyderabad 500008, Telangana booked 2 student tickets on make my trip. Though the 3rd baggage was free for students on British Airways, he was charged Rs.10,000/- @ 5000 Rs per ticket. He raised a complaint with Makemytrip but it was not resolved even after 45 days. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
