Complaint regarding Pharmeasy Misguiding consumer

Problem with non-delivery of medicines, I purchased from online portal PHARMEASY on 28/10/2020. While tracking, it shows that product was in Kolkata on 29/10/2020 at 08:56 and then it was in Bishrampur on 29/10/2020 at 08:58. There has been no update since. Refund from Paytm – Rs.400/-: Mr. Rahul Aggarwal of Punjab (Email: rahulaggarwal248[@]gmail.com) wanted to add 400rs paytm cash to his paytm wallet. The money got debited from his bank account but he did not receive the same in the Paytm account. He was told that the money will be refunded but refund was not done. Refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.10,000/-: Mr. Sesha Sai Kuchibhotla, Hyderabad 500008, Telangana booked 2 student tickets on make my trip.
