Complaint regarding Pharmeasy Misguiding consumer

Problem with non-delivery of medicines, I purchased from online portal PHARMEASY on 28/10/2020. While tracking, it shows that product was in Kolkata on 29/10/2020 at 08:56 and then it was in Bishrampur on 29/10/2020 at 08:58. There has been no update since. Customer support is very bad, they said they cannot do anything about it.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines.
