No internet signal even after renewing my plan with You Broadband

I want to bring to your notice that am a customer Of You Broadband Connection. Recently on 24th March 2020 i renewed my plan with 1470 rupees for 15mbps speed 3 months plan. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back.
