No internet signal even after renewing my plan with You Broadband

I want to bring to your notice that am a customer Of You Broadband Connection. Recently on 24th March 2020 i renewed my plan with 1470 rupees for 15mbps speed 3 months plan. It’s been one week there is no Internet signal coming at all.I have raised multiple service requests,they’re closing them without any resolution.
I called customer care and support engineer for hundreds of times but they’re are ignoring my call and blocking my number.
Executive with contact number 63xxxxxxx8 spoke to me rudely and ended up the call many times.He closes off the tickets without addressing them.
The Worst customer care service here.
Please look into this issue.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
