Refund from Harp Shack – Rs.3,399/- : Mr. Hariom Vyas of Jaisalmer 345001, Rajasthan ordered Harp Divine 3 earphone from their site and received defective product. He sent mail to them but did not get any response. He posted his complaint with ICF on 20-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them. After follow-ups, the customer got his refund by 12-08-2020. Refund from Asia Steel – Rs.5,000/-: Mr. Navin Prasath of Ullagaram, Chennai 600091, Tamil Nadu had ordered for an antique oval sofa plus other items by paying a sum of Rs.5,000/- in advance on 04-11-2017. Even after three months he did not get delivery of the products.
