Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo. Quality complaint against Monginis cake: Ms. Dipika Mulchandani, Ghatkopar(w) mum 86, Maharastra (Email: dipikam86(at)gmail.com) purchased a cake from a local Monginis outlet at ghatkopar station west on the occassion of Mother’s day.
