Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.11,000/- : Ms. Shrawani silwal of Bangalore booked Spicejet flight for 9thJan 2015. However, the flight was non operational and the booking for both ways got cancelled. Even after a month she did not get refund from Makemytrip or Spicejet. She posted her complaint with ICF on 08-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with MMT. Refund from Shoposum – Rs. 699/- : Mrs. Rashika of Bangalore, Karnataka ordered fastrack watches from Shoposum website. The watches ordered were Fastrack brand but when she opened the courier they had delivered a local brand watches.
