Restaurant charging more than MRP with GST

I went for dinner with family on 11 Nov at Rasna Punjab Restaurant at Matunga MUMBAI near Don Bosco School. In Bill they charge rs 40 for one ltr of Bisleri Mineral Water and gst also charged along with food bill. After repeated queries they told it is correct and as per rule of restaurant. I am also attaching bill for your reference. Please take corrective action.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response.
