I ordered Bobby brown extra moisturizing lip tint from Myntra and I received a different shade and damaged (i.e. used till cap) product I filed an exchange but even exchange was also in different shade lipstick and similarly cut till end of the cap, I have been trying to raise a complaint to either exchange …

Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.10,000/- : Mr. Kakarla Chandra Shekar, Kadapa Dist, Proddatur, AP 516360 had returned WYBER TV to Snapdeal on 28-02-2017 by incurring courier charges, as wrong product was delivered. The customer did not get refund and he posted his complaint with ICF on 08-03-2017 and the matter was taken up with Snapdeal. The customer finally got his money back by 28-03-2017. K. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
