Defective product from myntra, no proper return support

I ordered Bobby brown extra moisturizing lip tint from Myntra and I received a different shade and damaged (i.e. used till cap) product I filed an exchange but even exchange was also in different shade lipstick and similarly cut till end of the cap, I have been trying to raise a complaint to either exchange for a quality checked product or return it but they keep on saying to place a return and not returning.

Saying the ticket has been closed as they resolved it. Please do something about this fraud by Myntra.
