Voltas AC unit replaced: Laxmidhar Mohanty, Nanmangalam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ldmohanty(at)rediffmail.com) had posted a complaint on 08-06-2010 with regard to defective AC unit and poor service from Viveks, Chennai. Refund from Jetairways – Rs.9,114/-: Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back.
