Myntra delivers wrong product, poor service

I ordered a blue caprese sling bag on myntra. They delivered wrong product ‘black dressberry jacket’. I raised the return request with reason that wrong product delivered. I carry that jacket with me daily to the office as I gave my office address as delivery location. But as they have not conveyed the proper scenario …

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. His repeated attempts were in vain. He posted his complaint at ICF on 08-01-2015 and the matter was taken up with parties concerned. Mr. Prabu got his refund by 22-01-2015. Memory card not delivered by Homeshop18 – Rs.299/-: Satish.R of Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email:satishktg@rediffmail.com) ordered Sandisk 4GB memory card In HOMESHOP18 ON LINE on 16-10-12 and was informed that the same will be delivered in 6 days. Until 2nd November the product was not delivered and Mr. Satish posted his complaint with ICF. The matter was taken up with Homeshop18 and Mr. Satish finally got the refund for the product. SBI Reward Points – Rs. 14,265/- – Mr. Vipul Goel, of Nawabganj, Kanpur 208002, Uttar Pradesh had 57060 SBI reward points(worth ?14265) linked to SBI account. He tried redeeming those points on mobikwik through maxgetmore. The points were deducted but money was not added to mobikwik.
