Refund from Rediff.com shopping Rs.555/-: Zaheer Naik, Vishal Nagar, Hubli-580024, Karnataka ordered through rediff shopping an Electric air compressor tyre pump with the confirmed order no. 7399362 by paying Rs.555. On 17th Sep he got a mail from Rediff that the order was reversed, and the amount would be refunded. Mr. Naik did not receive refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 30-10-2012. Refund from Air Asia for damaged luggage : Mr. Vipul Chandak of Pali, Rajasthan had transported his newly purchased Microwave Oven by Air Asia flight I5-1728 on 08-11-2018 from Bangalore to Jaipur. Complaint against Reliance General Insurance / Medi Assist India TPA – Rs.32,643/-: Prashant Moda of Delhi (Email: modapkbl(at)rediffmail.com), had submitted his mediclaim bill with Medi Assist India, TPA of Reliance General Insurance in June 2009. The claim was not settled till January 2010 when he posted the complaint with ICF and ICF took up the complaint with Reliance/Mediassist. His claim was finally settled on 13-05-2010 for Rs.32.643. Refund from styletag.com – Rs.3,948/-: Ms. Swati Jain of Agra, U.P (jainswati16[@]gmail.com) placed an order with styletag.com on 18-10-2014 for 5 items but received one one after one month and remaining items were not delivered. There was no response from the portal to her complaints. She posted her complaint at India Consumer Forum on 22-11-2014 and the complaint was taken up with the portal.
