We had made a booking by paying Booking Amount of Rs.57,000 on 13/10/2019 for the project, “Rays of Dawn” Phase 2 of Provident Sunworth, Address:- Nice-Mysore Road, Venkatapura, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru – 560060. Due to personal financial reasons we could not proceed to the next step. They claim that since the Application form is filled, the amount cannot be refunded.
I need assistance to get the refund amount of Rs. 57,000 from Provident Housing Ltd.
