Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company. Complaint against ITBC Sweepstakes Scheme – Claim for refund of Rs.31,487/-: Mr. Nadeem Syed of Thane, Maharashtra had participated in the ITBC Sweepstakes Scheme by placing orders worth Rs.31,500/- on 17-03-2010 and 18-03-2010.
