Refund from Ostore24 – Rs.575/-: Bhupendra Juvatkar of Thane – 400605, Maharashtra (Email: bhupen_j[at]hotmail.com) ordered 4 Fa Men Deodorant for Rs575.00 plus Rs. 5 shipping on 20th June, 2013 through Axis Credit card, Order ID is 1116. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam.
