I have ordered a Sansui air cooler from Reliance digital on 09.04.2022. At the time of order, estimated delivery date was 10.04.2022.After tracking from Reliance digital application status showing as shipped but I am unable to track the product.I have emailed to Customer support team, CS Head and CEO’s desk but no resolution received even …

Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. Refund from Shopclues – Rs.673/- : Ms. Sujatha Nair of Fort, Mumbai ordered (130128180) for Micro Fibre 3 Double Bedsheets with 6 pillow covers on 24/10/17 with Shoplcues but they sent her one Doormat instead. The customer sent numerous emails to Shopclues but there was no action on their part to resolve the issue.
