I have ordered a Sansui air cooler from Reliance digital on 09.04.2022. At the time of order, estimated delivery date was 10.04.2022.After tracking from Reliance digital application status showing as shipped but I am unable to track the product.I have emailed to Customer support team, CS Head and CEO’s desk but no resolution received even status also not updated. When i try to track the product,then it’s shows’No data received’. Customer support team have no resolution and repeat same answer daily that they have escalated the matter to senior officials.They are not having contact details of escalation team and logistic team. I have also requested if they are not able to deliver,then please cancel my order but customer support team replied that they have no option… Please look into this matter and do the needful.
