Refund from Yepme – Rs.250/- – Mr. Prince Gupta of Faridabad, Haryana 121005 ordered a product with Yepme ( order No.32333647) but the order was cancelled by them without any intimation. Even after three months the customer did not get refund. He posted his complaint at ICF on 23-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. The customer finally got his money back on 21-12-2016. Waiver of Charges by ICICI Bank – Rs.1,100/-: Mr. Pankaj Sharma of Sikar 332001, Rajasthan was having a no minimum balance account with Rajasthan Bank which was later merged with ICICI Bank.
