This is regarding my complain against Flipkart Order. I purchased washing machine Haier 6.5 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine Grey (HW65-B10636NZP) from Flipkart and the product was so poor quality and in bad condition when it was delivered. I requested Flipkart to take the product back and refund my money as I was not happy with the Build quality of the product. But they are only replacing the product. I have paid Rs. 25000. It’s hard earned money they are not supposed to force the customer to keep the poor quality product. Please resolve this as I am really unhappy with product and service by Flipkart and Haier. I had never faced this kind of problem with Amazon, Amazon is best for his policy.
