Complaint against fisheshop regarding non-delivery

I placed an order on 23rd sep 2021 for buying fish online and while ordering the order number never pops up. However, payment was accepted and as per the website fishes were supposed to be delivered within 4-5 working days. Now when contacted through what’s up the dealer is not responding and I see that many people have already raised complaints that they are scams. Could you please assist me in getting my refund of Rs. 1077 and also catch these scammers to stop others getting fooled and loose their money
