Complaint regarding non-delivery of PAN card

Sir, My PAN card was despatched via the courier Velex Logistics on 18.07.2020 and the tracking shows it has reached Hooghly on 31.07.2020, but I am yet to receive the same. There is one Kerry Indev Express whose website Velex is using. I cannot find any phone no which I can contact through. Please help. The PAN CARD is urgently needed.

    Still I am not received the pan card. bill no is 23311816962.please advise what is the status my mobile no is 9980521802

    My pan card not received yet it was dispatched on 18aug2020 by nsdl please help me. I urgently needed pan card
