Complaint against JioMart regarding product and services

This is a complaint regarding the poor service by JioMart. I am a regular customer of your services and am fed up with JioMart. My grievances are as below:
1. Regularly receiving damaged products with no compensation for the same on contacting the customer service. All they ever say is ” We are sorry for your inconvenience. It will be ensured that the same doesn’t happen again.”
2. Improper packaging: JioMart has recently stopped providing the order in their traditional blue packaging. The delivery executives bring the orders in a sack and drop them off at the gate, that is no packaging at all.
3. Super slow customer service. The customer service agents need 48 hours even for minor issues. They have a fixed script with zero action.
4. Wrong Billing: I have been billed twice for the items that I had ordered but not received.
5. Poor service: Numerous times I had placed orders but they got cancelled. On contacting the customer service, I am informed that there is a technical issue. I wonder how is the service surviving if you are facing customer issues 3-4 times in a week.

    I have ordered hair straightner from jiomart company is Reliance retail i payed amount through online not tracking details provided if i contacted to coustmer service also not responding and i mailed them also not responding me what should i do

    I placed a prepaid order from jiomart on 10th July , the delivery date was scheduled to be on 12th july but it kept on changing day by day to 13 , 14 and then 15 .
    I contacted the customer care on 14 th of July , they assured to provide resolution and asked to wait for 48 hours .
    On 15th i visited their app. and it showed the products are already delivered .
    Neither I received any delivery information nor the agent visited my place but they are claiming product to be delivered with OTP .
    I am contacting them since last 3 days but they are not providing any resolution , just asking me to wait and wait .
    I want my money to be refunded and suitable actions against the delivery agent .

    Product and refund not received since from last 10 days so many emails and calls to company but they gives me assurance nothing else.i m to much harrrase

    I have ordered 4 packets of Ghee on Jiomart app. Paid full money on 6th Dec. Now on app it shows item is delivered. But I have not received any item. Nor I have got any SMS. This has happened 2nd item with me.

    I had ordered Daawat rozana basmati rice niki 40 from jiomart but it was broken rice which is not mention on packet also after that I complained to jiomart customer care they said within 2 days it will be solved but yet it’s not solved not getting refund also.
