Complaint against JioMart regarding product and services

This is a complaint regarding the poor service by JioMart. I am a regular customer of your services and am fed up with JioMart. My grievances are as below:
1. Regularly receiving damaged products with no compensation for the same on contacting the customer service. All they ever say is ” We are sorry for your inconvenience. It will be ensured that the same doesn’t happen again.”
2. Improper packaging: JioMart has recently stopped providing the order in their traditional blue packaging. The delivery executives bring the orders in a sack and drop them off at the gate, that is no packaging at all.
3. Super slow customer service. The customer service agents need 48 hours even for minor issues. They have a fixed script with zero action.
4. Wrong Billing: I have been billed twice for the items that I had ordered but not received.
5. Poor service: Numerous times I had placed orders but they got cancelled. On contacting the customer service, I am informed that there is a technical issue. I wonder how is the service surviving if you are facing customer issues 3-4 times in a week.
