Online order not received from instagram seller

Online order not received. Value: 1087.
I placed my order on instagram from the seller named fashion-store-1998.myshopify.com on May 7,2021.
The order consists of 2 night suits and a handbag. It was a prepaid order worth Rs.1087/-.
But so far I have not received any information regarding the product whether it’s been dispatched or not or anything like that. I tried to contact seller through mail twice but there was no reply at all. I request you to please look into the matter
