Cancellation and refund from Tradus Rs.4,201/-: Akshay Bhat of Jharkhand (akshay[at]astra.xlri.ac.in) ordered one Casio Edifice watch from Tradus at a discounted price of Rs.4201/-. Replacement of Toshiba laptop battery: Mr. S M Bakshi of Belagavi 590006, Karnataka bought a laptop battery (compatible, not original) for his Toshiba Laptop on 19 March 2017 from Expression Marketing and Services. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Complaint against Surya Roshni Ltd. for interest: Ms. Poonam Tyagi of Mumbai-400094, MAHARASHTRA invested in FD with Surya Roshni Ltd. There company delayed the issuance of FDR and upon further pursuing the matter the company sent a cheque for the FDR investment amount though the cheque got dishonored.
