Complaint against Tailorvala for wrong delivery

I placed an order of Kurti on tailorvala on 21.08.19 I received saree instead of Kurti & that is also defective I’m trying to contact them since that time they are not reverting or giving any answer .they have only 1 WhatsApp support No but they have blocked me there & not replying on email. Contact of WhatsApp support -63xxxxxxx9 I’m trying to contact them but not receiving any revert
